Dear Tina and the wonderful Creating Hope,

I want to send my heart-felt thanks to you for the wonderful gift. I was so excited when the package arrived and could not believe my eyes. My daughter, Faydra, who is recovering from a kidney transplant went wild. The first thing we did was dive into the watercolors. I made a picture and she a bookmark. It couldn't have come at a better time as we both were in need of a creative outlet. Somedays I need that extra push to see the beauty in life and I believe that art is the answer to alot of our problems. I look forward to sending you some more art work and words of wisdom. Cancer has taught me not to waste minutes being negative. When I feel tired I walk outside to my garden and smell the beautiful flowers. I think that I will paint a picture of my garden next. Thank you again for everything and bless you.

Wow, Tina, what a great time I had at the Infusion Ward today! I was so relaxed and peaceful while painting with your watercolors! Usually I have some nervous anxiety when I am there, ... but not today! What a cool idea to put the bookmarks, paints, and water cup on cardboard so we can paint in a chair. This makes it so non-intimidating also! My husband wants me to show him how to paint so we can paint together! I just appreciate you so much! Hope to see you next Thursday when I bring my own paints this time!

Sending much love,

Suzy Reed

Hello Tina,
I really enjoyed today, I find peace when I participate in art. I have always enjoyed art. Some I am better at than others, but I find art to be peaceful and uplifting to my soul.
